National Relief Charities (NRC) operates a partner training service to ensure measurable capacity building among our Program Partners.

Any partner may voluntarily participate in training on computer skills, grant writing, negotiation, conflict resolution, networking, and other topics they need and request.

Our before-and-after tests ensure that learning occurs, and many partners report improved skills after completing the courses and applying the training.

NRC also provides post secondary support for undergraduate and graduate scholarships, along with mentoring and supplies to ensure that over 95% of the students we award complete the college year. For other Native scholarships, the average rate of completion is 21%.
